Weee! enables everyone to sell high quality and highly relevant products/services to their local communities by making it extremely easy for these sellers (group leaders) to do so. The BD specialists play a critical role to acquire and retain these group leaders and increase their productivity.


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Weee Group Leaders acquisition plan nationwide.
Improve Weee Group Leaders retention.
Develop and manage Suppliers for Weee Group leaders
Provide fast technical supports and services for Weee Group Leaders.



Requirements

At least one year experience in sales, business development, or supplier management. Background in foods or CPG industries is preferred.
Excellent communication and cooperation skills. Great learning and execution capability.
Willing to take responsibilities. Work hard and smart.
Be self-motivated, passionate and good at teamwork. Be able to take challenges and work under pressure.
